Manage middle/back-office fund services: perform trade affirmations, daily reconciliations of trades, positions, P&L and cash; book corporate actions, option exercises, accruals; reconcile equity swaps and ISDA positions; month-end stock borrow and swap financing P&L; shadow fund accounting NAV trial balance reconciliations; and resolve breaks with third parties.

Lead onboarding and relationship management for Limited Partners, guiding workstreams, training clients, troubleshooting issues, delivering consultancy, documenting process improvements, and coordinating internal stakeholders to meet investment accounting, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and reporting needs.

Record and reconcile payroll-related financial activity, prepare and post payroll journal entries and monthly accruals (PTO, bonuses, benefits), support month-end/year-end close, partner with HR/Payroll, produce payroll reports and variance analyses, assist audits, and recommend process improvements.

The Reconciliation Analyst ensures timely and accurate delivery of investment portfolio status updates, addresses reconciliation issues, and maintains relationships with clients and data providers.
