Build the financial risk appetite, margin program, liquidity and counterparty frameworks, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board. Partner with Treasury, Trading, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. Hire and develop a quantitative risk team and scale tooling, including agentic AI for monitoring and exposure aggregation.
