Act as strategic FP&A partner to GTM leaders, owning budgeting, forecasting, capacity and productivity models, ROI analysis, SaaS metrics, executive dashboards, and financial frameworks for complex commercial programs.

Lead cloud cost visibility, attribution, and optimization across AWS/Azure/GCP. Build automated data pipelines, reporting, and analytics (Python/SQL/APIs/BI). Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and IT to inform commitments, vendor renewals, forecasting, and product-margin decisions; maintain optimization pipeline and produce executive-ready summaries and recommendations.

Lead end-to-end US and Canadian payroll for a multi-entity, multi-state/province workforce. Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, complex payments (equity, bonuses, severance), ensure tax and regulatory compliance, partner with HR/Finance and external vendors, drive payroll process automation and AI initiatives, audit and reconcile payroll data, and serve as the primary employee payroll SME.

Manage billing inbox, onboard clients, process purchase orders and invoices (SaaS and professional services), upload portal invoices, and collaborate with Collections, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and cash flow.

Manage collections for past-due customers: contact clients, negotiate payments, resolve disputes with sales/billing, investigate historical debts, process payments/refunds, prepare collection reports, and collaborate on process improvements.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management; build and maintain financial models; produce management reports and KPIs; partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, M&A diligence, pricing, and capital decisions; improve processes and financial systems; ensure compliance and support audits.
