Senior Business Analyst responsible for fund accounting and capital markets requirements gathering, documenting BRD/FRD, supporting front-to-back trade lifecycle (capture, validation, settlement, reconciliation), SWIFT message interpretation, UAT and defect management, process improvements, and stakeholder management to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Support finance data quality, reconciliation, and controls within a regulatory reporting environment. Perform data validation, investigate discrepancies, execute reconciliations and true-ups with audit trails, maintain governance and reference data, prepare audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with finance, risk, and data stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate control gaps.

Perform credit underwriting and appraisal for corporate/wholesale clients, prepare end-to-end credit proposals, conduct financial statement analysis and modeling, evaluate loan and collateral structures, assess covenants and monitor compliance.

The Treasury Risk & Controls Specialist will leverage treasury expertise to support risk management initiatives, document internal controls, collaborate with teams on operational risks, analyze data, and drive remediation initiatives.

Responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements for cash management and intraday liquidity, mapping and optimising cash flow processes, translating requirements into technical specifications, supporting design/testing/implementation of treasury systems, conducting gap/impact analyses, facilitating stakeholder workshops, creating documentation and training, and monitoring regulatory and industry developments to support project delivery.

Business Analyst supporting the Trading Wind Down programme focused on Regulatory Capital and Operation Costs across EMEA, AEJ & US. Support the Project Manager, manage project milestones, track RAG status, identify risks, drive cross-functional follow-ups, produce BRDs, committee packs, UAT plans, status reports, and attend prioritization and IT release/scrum calls. Ensure requirements alignment and challenge assumptions to meet timelines and quality standards.

Lead financial reporting and controls for the US region, owning month/quarter/year-end close, variance analysis, audits, and partnering with global finance on forecasting, tax reporting, and process improvements.
