Partners with FP&A, auditors, lenders, and the Assistant Controller while supporting special projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, payments, expense reports, and corporate card transactions. Resolve vendor discrepancies, credit balances, stale checks, stop payments, voids, and reissued payments. Support month-end close, AP reporting, 1099 processing, and audit-ready recordkeeping. Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders while identifying process gaps. Use AI tools to automate invoice processing, coding, correspondence, and workflow improvements.

Own the end-to-end billing process, including Stripe subscription billing, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, reconciliations, accounts receivable, credit memos, and customer account updates. Build billing reports, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate customer data, answer billing questions, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Improve workflows through automation and AI tools.

Process tax notices, communicate with tax authorities, monitor tax tickets and compliance deadlines, calculate estimated and extension payments, prepare tax returns and workpapers, and support payroll and sales tax filings. Partner with Payroll and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate tax payments and records. Use AI tools to improve tax research, notice processing, and workflow tracking.

Own the end-to-end collections and accounts receivable lifecycle, including recovery strategy, balance holds, ACH return reporting, write-offs, journal entries, and financial controls. Lead collections analysts and specialists, monitor aging and recovery KPIs, analyze delinquency trends, resolve escalated recoveries, and partner with Finance, Risk, Sales, Operations, Disputes, Underwriting, and Engineering. Implement AI automation to improve case handling, correspondence, forecasting, and recovery efficiency.

Manage the full collections and accounts receivable lifecycle, including recovery strategy, balance holds, ACH returns, write-offs, journal entries, forecasting, and risk controls. Lead collections analysts and specialists, monitor aging and recovery KPIs, handle escalations, and partner with Finance, Risk, Sales, Operations, Disputes, Underwriting, and Engineering. Use AI to automate correspondence, triage cases, identify delinquency patterns, reduce manual work, and improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
