Structures debt, project finance, asset-based financing, and government capital programs for factory expansion. Owns financial models, cash forecasts, lender and board reporting, contract economics, budgets, audit readiness, and covenant compliance. Builds the accounting function, implements finance systems, hires the initial finance team, and supports government, lender, investor, and strategic transaction diligence.
