Conduct research-driven assessment of FP&A processes and controls to define investor-grade readiness. Build process maps, RACI/role definitions, control descriptions and roadmaps. Consolidate findings into a structured readiness framework using external filings and internal stakeholder interviews. Identify governance and documentation gaps and recommend practical improvements for long-term finance discipline.

Partner with GTM Finance to identify repetitive workflows and build AI/automation solutions. Projects include contract-to-bookings extraction agents, automated narrative and PowerPoint generation, workflow mapping, and billings/EDI trend and anomaly detection. Deliver prototypes, test solutions, and work closely with stakeholders in Amsterdam.

Support Treasury by mapping FX data sources, designing a standardized FX exposure framework, building automated recurring reports and dashboards, quantifying FX impact on financials, and optionally running basic hedge scenario analysis.

Run a focused FP&A project to document and improve end-to-end spend forecasting. Map workflows, assess inefficiencies, design a new forecast process, and explore standardization and applied AI/ML solutions. Work with FP&A and business unit controllers to deliver tested recommendations over an 8–12 week full-time internship.

The Senior Internal Auditor leads audits, assesses internal controls, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective governance.
