Serve as the US commercial finance partner for sales, marketing and GTM teams. Build unit economics, regional P&Ls and new-market models, set regional budgets, advise on CAC/LTV efficiency, and drive commercial analysis to support growth and planning alongside Head of Commercial FP&A.

Lead and build Halter's entire South America finance function from Buenos Aires: establish entities and controls, manage tax, statutory audits, FP&A, revenue planning, treasury/FX, local AR/AP, and operational finance while partnering with regional leadership and global finance.

Manage day-to-day finance operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and employee expenses. Invoice and collect from customers, process supplier invoices and onboarding, review expense claims and reconcile corporate cards, support month-end close, respond to cross-functional finance queries, and identify/process improvements to keep records accurate and audit-ready.
