Performs daily accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, discrepancy resolution, month-end close, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, financial reporting support, audit documentation, and compliance with internal controls and GAAP. The role reports to the Controller and requires strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, organization, communication, and experience with accounting systems.

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry and coding, purchase order matching, vendor statement reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, employee expenses, corporate card transactions, and AP-related general ledger reconciliations. Support month-end close, audits, procurement-tool administration, internal controls, and process improvements while communicating with vendors and internal teams.
