Supports procure-to-post expense operations through requisitioning, ordering, transaction processing, invoice workflows, exception resolution, mailbox and queue management, documentation, audits, and supplier or auction follow-up. The role provides ETA operational support, maintains accurate records, meets service levels, communicates with stakeholders, and may cross-train across broader purchasing and expense processes.

Performs invoice coding, costing, auditing, indexing, rebilling, and discrepancy resolution for fleet services. Responds to purchase order inquiries, communicates with service providers, processes Roadside and TMCare billing activities, completes invoice workflow tasks, and determines Work & Cost Complete status. Requires strong communication, data-entry, and accounting or billing experience, with automotive or fleet-management knowledge preferred.

Supports finance expense operations through requisitioning, ordering, transaction processing, invoice workflows, exception resolution, shared mailbox and work-queue management, documentation, audits, and data validation. Initially supports ETA operations while coordinating with auctions, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Maintains service levels, accurate records, and customer satisfaction, with potential cross-training across broader procure-and-post expense processes.

Conduct physical and financial audits of automotive dealer accounts across Alabama, assessing inventory, collateral, business health, and operational risks. Document and present findings to Risk, Operations, and leadership; resolve missing documentation and inventory issues; educate dealers on contract requirements; collect payments; and support repossessions by securing and transporting collateral. The role requires extensive outdoor travel, client interaction, sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work in varied weather and potentially difficult field environments.

Monitor reports, resolve issues, collaborate with IT and Business Process teams on billing solutions, and drive continuous process improvements. Prepare management updates and ensure compliance with SOX, RevRec606, and company policies. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration and supporting billing processes for internal and external transportation customers.
