Design, develop, test and maintain backend Java/Spring Boot services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support architects on technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, enforce coding standards, review code, and mentor team members.

Own technical launch-readiness for a portfolio of creators: troubleshoot complex configurations, review integrations and crash logs, advise on backend and scaling, manage App Store submissions, document best practices, and partner with Product and Engineering to reduce technical churn and improve feature adoption and stability.

Provide fast, empathetic multi-channel support to French and Italian hoteliers, troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, drive retention and satisfaction, create help content, and share best practices within the team.
