Serves as the technical and functional lead for enterprise Master Data Management. Translates business needs into MDM requirements, data models, business rules, and processes across party, account, and reference data domains. Oversees data ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, governance compliance, and master-data distribution. Defines data-quality KPIs and collaborates with stakeholders, data stewards, owners, architecture, and governance teams to support regulatory, client lifecycle, and enterprise data strategies.

Perform quality control on student and client data: audit records for missing or duplicate values, compare data sources, correct errors in systems/spreadsheets, follow validation rules, and communicate findings to internal teams to maintain accurate, reliable data.

Generate and quality-control high-volume customized and standardized client reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules. Complete due diligence questionnaires, investigate client inquiries, maintain data integrity with vendors and intermediaries, and prepare materials for portfolio management, client groups, marketing, and presentations. Collaborate across departments, communicate findings, meet deadlines, and develop expertise in the firm’s investment philosophy and processes.

Build AI-assisted analyses, clean and validate scholar data, create interactive dashboards, develop fair analytical methodologies, and translate findings into clear recommendations for executives. Partner with data and learning teams and present insights to senior leaders. The role emphasizes quantitative reasoning, clear communication, design judgment, high agency, and rapid learning rather than a specific background or number of years of experience.

Performs GIS analysis and data management for pipeline surveying and right-of-way activities. Maintains geospatial databases, publishes ArcGIS Online and Enterprise content, creates web maps, apps, dashboards, and Field Maps smart forms, and conducts spatial analysis and geoprocessing. Supports field technicians with GIS software and GPS hardware, improves data quality, collaborates with engineers, develops documentation, and trains stakeholders while following HSE requirements.

Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines and infrastructure supporting natural-language querying, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and GraphRAG for the SEC. Responsibilities include onboarding data sources, processing XBRL and financial filing data, managing metadata and lineage, validating data quality, monitoring pipeline health, resolving integration issues, and using AWS data services. The role also requires compliance with federal security standards and collaboration with the Data Architect.

Build and operate large-scale data pipelines, web-scraping systems, and data-collection tools for AI datasets. Maintain analytical databases, optimize queries, troubleshoot pipeline and data-quality issues, manage containerized workloads across Kubernetes and Linux infrastructure, and support CI/CD workflows. The role also involves documenting technical processes, researching improvements, and developing scalable APIs in a fully remote environment.

Maintains physical and electronic case files; reviews, enters, extracts, verifies, and reconciles data from databases and multiple sources; prepares management reports, investigative packages, correspondence, and case documentation; processes petitions and claims; and provides administrative information to investigative agencies and government stakeholders.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise for enterprise data modernization. Designs scalable batch and real-time pipelines, modernizes legacy data stores and BI workloads, implements data quality and reconciliation controls, and enables governed data products using Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and related platforms. Leads API- and event-based ingestion, metadata and lineage management, DevSecOps delivery, production support, architecture decisions, engineering standards, and team mentoring.
