Communicates with utility clients, field supervisors, and project teams while identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.

Leads analyses and projects supporting sales, category, marketing, finance, revenue growth, and supply chain objectives.

Supports advancement data integrity, constituent and gift data maintenance, validation, reporting, analytics, application testing, implementation, and end-user support. Collaborates with Finance and Donor Engagement to ensure accurate, compliant data and reporting. Troubleshoots applications, coordinates with software vendors, handles technical service requests, documents solutions, supports training, and translates technical concepts for end users.
