The Data Science Associate is responsible for data extraction, analysis, and presentation to support business decisions and collaborations across teams.

As a Data Services Engineer, you will support clients by developing data products and solutions, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.

Define and maintain global data governance, quality, protection, AI ethics standards and controls. Create work instructions, monitor implementation via metrics and dashboards, produce reports and documentation for audit readiness, advise stakeholders, run workshops, and support strategic execution within ING's Global Data Management team.

Assist the Compliance team in monitoring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Support compliance audits, training, and documentation efforts.

The Data Engineer will clean, manage, and analyze datasets, automate ETL processes, and collaborate with traders and software engineers to derive insights.

Support sales growth through analytics, reporting, forecasting, and market research. Build dashboards and automation, analyze sales and customer trends, assist product commercialization and business development, and present insights to leaders while collaborating cross-functionally.

Maintain and validate pricing catalogs and program data to ensure accurate estimating, invoicing, and compliance. Collect and validate credits/warranties, prepare customer cost estimates and reports, collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering to resolve data issues, record transactions, track KPIs, support databases and standard work, and drive continuous improvement.

Support quantitative research, portfolio management, and risk teams by developing and maintaining quantitative models, portfolio construction and risk processes, addressing data and analysis requests, communicating results, and participating in research projects to enhance tools and models.

Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, configure application systems, develop and execute test plans/UAT, perform data integration and analysis, document system errors, and train users. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and support implementation of enterprise business solution enhancements.

Track, organize, and report grant participant data across multiple systems. Maintain data quality, produce reports and dashboards, support partners with intake and tracking, ensure audit-ready records, and translate grant requirements into usable workflows to support program operations and decision-making.
