Responsibilities include data acquisition, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, modeling, lineage, documentation, ETL/ELT, scalable pipelines, curated datasets, data quality, governance, and integration of multiple source systems. The role collaborates with product, application development, BI, security, architecture, and business teams to support dashboards, automation, AI-enabled workflows, agentic products, and decision support.

Manage customer master data by creating and onboarding accounts in SAP, linking web users to corporate accounts, merging duplicates, correcting records, and enriching data with validated external sources. Assign customer pricing tiers, conduct database audits, manage account-related request queues, and support data migrations, system updates, and other special projects while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Analyzes customer account data, SLA performance, service metrics, and escalations across delivery hubs. Builds Excel dashboards, pivot tables, scorecards, trackers, and leadership reporting materials. Partners with Operations to validate data, identify root causes, detect risk patterns, and support issue resolution. Maintains data integrity and governance while contributing to reporting standardization and process improvements.

Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, data and API strategies, standards, integration approaches, governance frameworks, and roadmaps for the Judiciary. Assess data sources, storage, APIs, security, privacy, compliance, analytics, and interoperability. Guide data warehouse and data lake solutions, data quality metrics, migration from on-premises to cloud, dashboard development, emerging technology evaluations, and stakeholder collaboration across technical and nontechnical teams.

Build and scale production Python pipelines for economic and financial climate-risk models. Responsibilities include transforming research prototypes into tested infrastructure, supporting statistical, econometric, and machine-learning modeling, cleaning large financial and hazard datasets, resolving data anomalies, and collaborating with engineering, product, and client teams to document outputs and communicate findings.

Engage stakeholders to identify business needs, elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, facilitate workshops and process mapping, support solution design, and collaborate with delivery teams through testing and change management. Maintain business cases, process flows, and requirements documentation while helping align technology solutions with business objectives.
