Teach analysts best practices and oversee one to two analysts or senior analysts. Provide consulting support, reporting implementation, client training, and data visualization using SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel.

Build, test, maintain, and enhance Workday financial reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Gather requirements, validate and reconcile data, document report logic, troubleshoot performance issues, support Workday implementations and releases, and train end users. Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable reporting across a nonprofit healthcare system.

Teaches undergraduate and graduate Business Statistics courses in face-to-face and online formats; develops and updates curricula, supports student success through mentoring and advising, and contributes to departmental, school, and university service. Candidates should demonstrate teaching potential or excellence in business statistics, practical experience in applied statistics or business analytics, and commitment to service.

Owns the Voice of the Customer program by managing Qualtrics survey tickets, categorizing feedback, investigating root causes, and coordinating corrective actions across departments. Analyzes NPS, CSAT, and open-text data to identify trends and prepares reports and dashboards for stakeholders. The role also follows up with customers, improves VOC workflows, and communicates insights that drive customer experience and operational improvements.

Collaborates with implementation and development teams to gather, cleanse, organize, and map financial data. Analyzes patterns and business insights, builds reports and visualizations, supports financial database and system development, and participates in change and release management.

Partners with Operations leaders to analyze operational data, govern datasets, develop dashboards and reports, establish KPIs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role identifies trends, risks, root causes, and process-improvement opportunities; automates reporting; supports strategic initiatives; and serves as a Smartsheet subject matter expert. Requires strong analytical, communication, data management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains BI reports, dashboards, data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes using Microsoft BI tools. The role analyzes source data, resolves data integrity issues, supports stakeholders and end users, implements data protection solutions, and maintains documentation. This is a fully remote position with approved-location restrictions.
