Provide technical setup, operation, and support for surgical technologies in operating rooms; perform preoperative checks, sterilization, equipment calibration, transport devices to facilities, follow safety protocols, document procedures, and maintain customer relationships. Lead cross-team release planning and execution for Agile software programs. Serve as Scrum Master, coordinate PI planning, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, manage risks/dependencies, produce executive reporting, ensure configuration and change management compliance, and mentor Scrum Masters to improve delivery.
