Provide broad HR support with emphasis on compensation: recruit, benefits, payroll data entry/QA, employee relations, training, HRIS (Workday) reporting, LMS maintenance, job evaluations, compliance (BSA), insurance/COBRA reconciliation, FMLA and workers' comp coordination, record management, policy drafting, and HR projects. Occasional travel and on-site work may be required; confidentiality is essential.

Manage day-to-day outsourced HR operations for assigned clients, serve as primary client contact for HR/benefits/payroll, update HRIS, audit payroll and benefits reconciliations, assist with compliance reporting and HR projects, prepare training materials, and collaborate with internal HR, benefits, and payroll specialists to resolve client issues and ensure service delivery.

Drive revenue growth across strategic accounts by identifying and advancing complex enterprise opportunities, building executive relationships, leading account and territory planning, maintaining forecast accuracy, and collaborating with field sales, technical teams, and leadership to align solutions and achieve quota, cross-sell, and retention targets.
