Lead a regional fundraising team to meet $10M+ revenue targets by cultivating major donors, developing giving strategies, overseeing campaigns and events, managing staff and volunteers, ensuring accurate donor records (Salesforce), and collaborating with national teams to grow philanthropic support and planned giving.

Participate in park events, staff engagement, weekly strategy calls, and incentive programs to meet membership targets.
