As an Insurance Sales Producer at HUB, you will prospect for new business, conduct sales, and retain clients through superior service. You will develop accounts, generate new opportunities, and present insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Design, build, and operate AWS-native AI/ML systems: RAG pipelines, fine-tuned LLMs, and microservices. Implement IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, policy guardrails, and production deployments integrating Bedrock/SageMaker, LangChain, and telemetry for secure, scalable enterprise use.

Lead FP&A activities including driver-based models, forecasting, budgeting, variance and scenario analysis, monthly reporting, executive dashboards, and BI-driven insights. Partner with stakeholders, mentor 1–3 team members, drive automation and process improvement using ERP/EPM and data visualization tools, and support disciplined financial decision-making.

Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new business, developing category strategies, presenting packaging solutions, managing customer relationships, forecasting performance, and collaborating on customized product and service solutions to increase market share and margins.

This role involves being the primary technical contact for key Fastly customers, managing relationships, resolving escalations, and mentoring team members. The engineer will utilize technical expertise in cloud architecture, networking, and scripting to improve client operations, support product implementation, and advocate for the customer's needs.
