Lead the launch and operations of Braven's North Carolina region: develop multi-year strategy, secure ~$9M pre-launch funding, build partnerships with higher-education and employer stakeholders, raise brand awareness, manage and grow the regional team and advisory board, and ensure strong program outcomes and sustainability.

Requires construction market knowledge, technical aptitude, persuasive communication, and disciplined pipeline management.

Develop and enhance Myxx’s omni-channel marketing platform using full-stack technologies. Design flexible, efficient systems across frontend and backend architectures, work with web frameworks and document databases, and build multi-threaded, object-oriented applications. Engineers are expected to use command-line tools and may work with testing, messaging, search, logging, and cloud technologies.

Develop and modernize a core provisioning platform using domain-driven and layered architecture. Build scalable, maintainable services supporting Platform-as-a-Service and custom composition models.
