Drive market growth by partnering with independent distributor partners (IDPs) and retailers to execute sales plans, improve route health, secure placements and displays, manage inventory/logistics, analyze data for opportunities, resolve retailer issues, and support new item launches and training.

Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments, recommend flooring solutions, deliver a five-star customer experience, and close sales using company-provided warm leads. Participate in a paid training program and ongoing coaching, work an appointment-based schedule (including evenings and Saturdays), and pursue uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
