Works closely with product development team to harmonize prototype designs with manufacturing requirements. Interfaces with clinical and regulatory resources for in-vivo testing of sensor prototypes. Provides technical assistance for diagnosing design and manufacturing quality problems. Guides development of test plan protocols, SOPs, specifications, and test procedures.

The HR Analyst audits and analyzes HR-related compensation and benefit areas, prepares reports and forecasts, reviews financial records for accuracy, supports Total Rewards projects, and develops metrics for decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
