Owns the hardware lifecycle for GPU and infrastructure assets, including fleet health monitoring, vendor RMA workflows, firmware and BIOS upgrades, burn-in testing, failure investigation, inventory accuracy, capacity planning, spare-parts strategy, runbook creation, and new platform qualification.
