Develops and supports standardized Global Supply Chain Finance reporting using Power BI. Designs semantic models, measures, dashboards, and visualizations; validates calculations, manages deployments and access controls, troubleshoots issues, and documents solutions. Partners with finance, reporting, analytics engineering, manufacturing, and distribution teams to define requirements, ensure data quality, translate financial information into insights, and improve reporting adoption and governance.

Designs and optimizes enterprise data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric, building batch and real-time pipelines from manufacturing and operational technology systems. Develops Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and DAX calculations; manages Lakehouse and Warehouse environments; supports data governance, security, lineage, and metadata initiatives. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions, integrate manufacturing and ERP data, troubleshoot pipelines, and document architecture.

Develops credit card analytics strategies to grow partner relationships and customer engagement. Integrates and analyzes large data sets, applies statistical techniques and predictive modeling, builds secure data environments, evaluates measurement tools, and delivers actionable insights. Leads dashboard and performance metric development while collaborating with marketing, product, analytics, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.

Support Vertex AI and Gemini-based ML solutions, MLOps, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG experimentation. Participate in client requirements gathering, architecture implementation, data governance, quality validation, security, monitoring, and documentation while collaborating with senior engineers and architects.

Develops and maintains enterprise data warehouse solutions, relational database schemas, ETL pipelines, and automated data processes. Support financial decision-making and reporting for annuities by processing loan documents, reconciling assets and cash with third-party trustees, maintaining assets in Markit WSO, delivering scheduled and ad-hoc reports and scorecards, tracking Moody's and S&P ratings, and acting as liaison among business leaders, vendors, and trustees to implement and monitor initiatives.

Design and build Account 360 data architecture, predictive pipelines, and automated enrichment workflows using enterprise, telemetry, and software usage data. Apply Python, R, SQL, machine learning, NLP, and process mining to deliver insights, segmentation, scenario planning, and product optimization.
