Work directly with the Founder on cross-functional strategic initiatives across strategy, operations, partnerships, fundraising, global expansion, talent, and customer experience to drive company growth and execution.

Participate in hands-on training across service center operations, fill in as supervisor, complete CDL and forklift training, use AS400 and Workday, assign work, track performance, and recommend process improvements.

Manage revenue and profit growth for assigned food & beverage accounts using consultative technical sales. Build stakeholder relationships, sell Nalco Water technologies, provide technical support, analyze systems, recommend improvements, and execute sales plans across a 125-mile territory with under 25% travel.

Manage and analyze general ledger and financial statements for assigned mall properties and related entities. Prepare monthly financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, reporting packages, and support year-end close. Distribute and explain reports to internal and partner stakeholders, assist auditors, complete special projects, and mentor junior staff.

Support maintenance and administration of compensation programs, salary surveys, market pricing, job descriptions and HRIS data. Assist with pay structure updates, reporting, audits, compliance filings (EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212), performance review administration, and federal/state posting compliance. Generate HR/Payroll reports, maintain org charts and job architecture, and support compensation-related regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Supervise materials and receiving teams to meet production and safety goals. Manage material planning, purchase orders, supplier delivery and quality, inbound freight, scrap control, and process improvements. Oversee team performance, morale, and output accuracy.

Manage benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration including enrollments, life events, payroll processing, audits, and reporting. Serve as primary contact for benefits and payroll questions, support open enrollment, partner with accounting and brokers, improve People Ops workflows, prepare reports, and provide backup support across People Operations initiatives.

Support and maintain user- and customer-facing applications and data platforms for shop-floor connectivity and visualization. Perform daily maintenance, incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, documentation, training, automation, and lead projects to improve performance and customer experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and Databricks-based data platforms. Manage Databricks clusters and Delta Lake tables, integrate with Azure services, implement CI/CD and monitoring, define data warehouse architecture and governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and support advanced analytics and future AI/ML use cases.

Lead the front-end development for customer financing applications, mentor engineers, improve systems, and champion strategy for the Tech organization.
