Own lifecycle, support, and continuous improvement of assigned factory applications. Serve as primary IT contact for users, vendors, and IT; manage incidents, changes, integrations, validation, and compliance; support 24/7 operations and drive process improvements.

Lead IT infrastructure delivery for facility Adds/Moves/Closures and M&A/D initiatives across Eastern Hemisphere. Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure workstreams (network, cloud, endpoint, AV, identity, telephony) through discovery, design, build, test, cutover and closure. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, stakeholder communications, governance artifacts, and post‑implementation handover to ensure site readiness, business continuity, and security compliance.

Manage IT compliance for in-house systems: create and maintain IT documentation (change control, risk assessments, validation, disaster recovery), support/internal and external audits, answer IT compliance queries in contracts, follow up audit findings, participate in risk assessments, and ensure adherence to QSDs, laws, and standards.

Provide L3 code-level support and troubleshooting for MES applications across the region, participate in 24/7 support rotation, analyze root causes, develop fixes, maintain and enhance application components, support integrations and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Responsible for project delivery within an IT solution area, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving team dynamics.
