In this position, you’ll be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP application within your domain and configure/design, deploy and support SAP modules used by Euroapi for all sites and entities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The purpose of the position is to configure/design, deploy and support SAP modules used by Euroapi. The ITS SAP domain Expert deploys SAP core models around Euroapi industrial plants and ensures the good usage of the module in scope, in close collaboration with key users and project leaders.
Be responsible for the below tasks related to your SAP module(s):
User Support
- Ensure Support request and incidents are properly managed by the AMS external partner within defined SLA
- Monitor and efficiently manage the Service Now queue IT for all assigned cases
- Qualify the incidents, resolve them or transmit them to the AMS Partner
- Provide technical and functional support to users
- Ensure end user satisfaction
Management of the Platforms
- Ensure applications and systems remain in a compliant state by processing change control requests
- Qualify enhancement requests with the business stakeholders and produce or approve a user story or functional specification before implementation
- Work closely with the Functional and/or Development team to build functional and/or technical solutions as per the business requirement
- Establish CAB and regular meetings with business & IT stakeholders to manage platform activity
- Manage application releases
Interactions with the suppliers
- Serve as the main point of contact between business users and the AMS Partner and the Application supplier
- Collaborate with the AMS Partner and application supplier to ensure effective technical and functional maintenance of the platform
Training and Documentation
- Organize training sessions for key users to maximize the use of the application
- Ensure the documentation of the applications including requirement and/or design specifications, test plans, technical evaluation and quality risk assessments are up to date
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze the use of the platform and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide leadership during the full lifecycle and ensure adoption and adequate uses of the solution.
- Participate in projects to integrate new features in collaboration with the suppliers, users and peers (Enterprise Architects, other solution architects, technical architects…) to review solution design and/or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic background: Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering, Business school or similar areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher / equivalent degree
- At least 5 years work experiences as SAP PP consultant.
- Successful and significant experience in SAP deployment in industrial plants.
- Knowledge of Business processes related to the SAP module.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (writing, speaking and effective communication internationally)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to co-operate, to work in a team.
- Ability to understand the business, customer oriented.
