Participate in an 18-month rotational Business Analyst program across Robinhood’s Money and Growth organization. Analyze business metrics, economic drivers, pricing, segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs to identify growth opportunities. Build analytical models, dashboards, and executive presentations, while partnering with product, engineering, risk, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives and measure results.

Compiles and processes customer database data into Excel spreadsheets, audits posted data, updates summary reports, verifies Daily Operation Reports, and distributes accurate reports to management. Supports data cleanup and report production while maintaining attention to detail, organization, and timely prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Analyzes and reconciles data from multiple sources, performs data profiling and quality assessment, creates conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional, and relational data models, documents source-to-target mappings, develops visualizations, and collaborates with data scientists, business partners, data stewards, and architects on governance and data protection.

Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in operations management, information systems, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence. Maintain scholarly academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development. Mentor students, participate in experiential learning and external-client projects, and complete departmental, college, and university service. Candidates must support ACU’s Christian mission and provide academic and church-related recommendations and statements.

Own and improve ETL pipelines, investigate and validate analytics systems, optimize performance, cost, and availability, and design scalable data platforms. Collaborate with data scientists to deliver dashboards, insights, and client-facing data pipelines using strong software engineering practices.

Conduct operations research and systems analysis using mathematical models, algorithms, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques. Gather requirements and data from stakeholders, identify organizational issues and risks, interpret findings, and present recommendations to decision-makers. Support process and system improvements, strategic planning, and implementation while managing multiple projects and staying current with industry developments.

The Data Engineer will clean, manage, and analyze datasets, automate ETL processes, and collaborate with traders and software engineers to derive insights.

As a Memory Developer, you'll record household tasks, shape the robot's memory, and help train its AI for better performance.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data for appraisal reports, support senior staff, and inspect properties as part of the valuation process.
