The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and managing reporting requirements for regulatory and non-regulatory reports, collaborating with business partners, creating Business Requirement Documents, and analyzing data related to Mortgage Banking operations.

Lead credit risk analytics by mining and modeling large datasets, validating and monitoring scorecards, forecasting campaign performance, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders using SAS and SQL.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, semantic models, and reports using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Snowflake. Analyze high-volume data sets, write and optimize complex SQL (PostgreSQL), ensure data quality, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support report migrations and deployments. Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and work independently on complex analytics projects.

Conduct business problem identification, process analysis and design, document functional/non-functional requirements, produce use cases and BRDs, create process maps and workflows, support technology assessments, test planning/execution, and drive change across IT and business teams.

Design and deliver enterprise data infrastructure and architectures across on-prem and Azure cloud. Build ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, governance, security, and migrations; mentor teams and align data platforms to business, compliance, and analytics needs.

Lead the Data POD for enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives: own data architecture, Adobe Web SDK implementations, integrations, XDM schemas, identity, governance, data quality, and delivery management while aligning roadmaps with stakeholders and driving automation and operational maturity.

Serve as client-facing liaison translating business needs into technical requirements, perform advanced SQL data analysis, design BI dashboards and reports, manage requirements and user stories, collaborate with development teams in Agile, and support UAT and data quality efforts to drive insights and process improvements.
