Provide sales-facing competitive intelligence for life and long-term care: monitor competitors and market trends, analyze and validate data, produce reports and presentations, support sales and product partners with actionable insights, and maintain competitor profiles and recurring reporting.

Learn and support sales initiatives by training with Sales Activators and ASMs, covering routes, managing Red Bull products in large-format retailers, building customer relationships, merchandising, delivering product, meeting daily KPIs (sales, distribution, pricing, display), and ensuring equipment and safety standards.

Provide advanced document production and word-processing services, troubleshoot software/hardware, perform QA, train junior staff, manage intake/workflow, meet deadlines, and handle confidential materials while supporting client relationships.

Manage architectural projects from start to finish, leading teams, schedule, budget, and client communication, ensuring quality control and compliance with building codes.

Manage customer communications to collect on open invoices, research and resolve billing questions, reconcile high-volume accounts, assist with cash application (cross-train in Sage Intacct), coordinate with operations and branch teams, and maintain regular customer contact metrics. Onsite role reporting to the Accounting Manager.
