Participate in a 12-month analyst development program focused on commercial real estate, credit analysis, and finance. Perform transaction financial analysis, prepare credit profiles, mortgage insurance applications, presentations, pitch books, and related materials. Support originators and underwriters throughout due diligence and deal execution, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining sponsors, coordinating blood drive scheduling, supporting sponsor contacts, analyzing collection data and trends, tracking performance, improving operational metrics, and communicating with internal and external partners. The role requires sales, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with some travel potentially required.
