Operates the reception desk by answering and routing calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring access, managing mail and faxes, providing organizational information, and completing filing, photocopying, and document preparation. The role requires strong communication, basic office software knowledge, and the ability to handle high call volume. This is a Monday-Friday, part-time position from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
