Provide federal acquisition support including acquisition strategy planning, developing PWS/SOW, drafting RFPs and award documents, source selection support, pre-award and post-award contract administration, price and cost analysis, contract closeout, and mentoring junior staff.

Design and lead scalable data platforms and architectures (cloud and on-prem), build data lakes/warehouses, enable DaaS via REST APIs, mentor engineers, translate business goals into technical solutions, and support governance and integration across stakeholders.

Maintain ERP/MES project status, liaise with Supply Chain/Engineering/Quality, manage customer and supplier communications, track milestones, mitigate risks, handle logistics and claims, ensure contract compliance, improve KPIs (On-Time Delivery, Orders Overdue, Cash-Flow), and support FAT visits and multi-site execution.

Lead coastal and navigation projects through planning, design, and construction. Provide senior technical oversight, manage project delivery and budgets, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and expand services across federal, state, port, NGO, and private clients. Oversee coastal restoration, beach nourishment, shoreline protection, dredging, coastal structures, hazard analyses, and hydrodynamic/coastal process modeling.

Lead traffic engineering projects including traffic impact analyses, forecasting, signal timing, macro/micro simulation modeling, intersection/interchange studies, traffic control and work zone plans, signal/signing/pavement marking design reviews, engineering reports, and collaborate across teams and agencies.
