Field-based outside sales role responsible for growing sales with existing customers, developing new customer relationships, and coordinating territory activities using CRM and NetSuite. Plans travel, tracks interactions, and works with an inside sales rep to meet sales targets.

Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve principals' sales, merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving goals. Build customer business plans, engage decision-makers, manage trade marketing funds, collaborate with retail teams, monitor budgets, provide timely selling priorities, and support merchandising and retail initiatives to grow volume and market share.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to regional and practice leaders across the employee lifecycle. Provide employee relations support, performance coaching, talent management, onboarding, HRIS/data analysis, compliance with employment law, compensation guidance, and drive engagement and operational HR excellence for West Coast practices.
