Supports autonomous delivery robot operations through field deployment, inspection, cleaning, recovery, charging, and asset tracking. Operates company vehicles or e-bikes, responds to technical and environmental issues, documents incidents, manages escalation tickets, and helps ensure safe, timely deliveries. The role requires customer interaction, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and work in varying weather conditions.
