The SkillBridge Operations Trainee program offers service members practical training in various business aspects, preparing for civilian roles like Operations Manager or Customer Service Representative.

Serve as lead client contact and contribute to engagement planning and project management.

Manage and grow an industrial sales territory, working with distributors and end users to demonstrate product value, run trials, provide cost-savings analysis, troubleshoot and calibrate equipment, present programs, handle territory administration (forecasts, expenses, reporting), and support inventory and promotions. Role requires ~35% overnight travel within the territory.

Lead strategy and execution for enterprise RHEL 10 in-place upgrades: design upgrade architecture, build and run Ansible AAP automation (job templates/playbooks) using Leapp, validate and document pre/post upgrade processes, troubleshoot with Red Hat Engineering, facilitate workshops, manage scope and stakeholders, and provide weekly project status reporting.

Oversee daily last-mile operations and contract carriers, manage dispatch and route planning using route-planning software, hire/train and mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies, optimize routes and resources, monitor performance and reports, and resolve operational issues to meet customer expectations.
