Design and deliver tailored WalkMe demonstrations and technical proofs of concept for partners and customers. Lead consultative discovery, connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies, and enable partner sales and technical teams. Build trusted partner relationships, support strategic plans, and participate in demand-generation activities. The role requires 5+ years of presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience and up to 50% travel.

Manage customer accounts, orders, and quote requests across multiple channels while supporting the sales process and identifying upsell opportunities. Leads mechanical engineering and design projects from bidding through commissioning, ensuring code compliance, quality, schedules, and customer requirements. Lead design, architecture, implementation, and management of PeopleSoft applications (Finance and SCM). Provide functional consulting, deliver solutions for complex problems, and support application operations. Manage SolarWinds installation, configuration, and maintenance (NPM, NCM, WPM). Use network monitoring tools, apply networking knowledge, and perform troubleshooting and analysis.
