Provide front-office administrative support for a statewide virtual K-12 charter school: manage office operations, coordinate events and logistics, maintain records and confidential files, enter and verify student/staff data, support enrollment and compliance tracking, communicate with families/staff/vendors, and assist school leadership with operational tasks.

Design, develop, and tune T-SQL code and large-scale SQL Server databases. Implement advanced queries, stored procedures, indexing and performance tuning. Collaborate with analysts and IT, provide technical leadership, and support SSIS/SSRS and DBA tasks like replication and backup strategies.

Administer and optimize employee benefits and total rewards programs (health, retirement, leave, wellness). Manage brokers and vendors, lead open enrollment, reconcile billing, conduct benefits audits, ensure legal compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA), leverage HRIS/HCM and analytics to evaluate programs, and provide employee support and education.

Provide administrative and logistics support including route monitoring, answering calls and emails, processing paperwork, assisting driver onboarding, updating inventory and order status, coordinating with vendors and customers, and performing nightly closing reports.
