Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger management, payroll, accounts payable, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role will improve and automate accounting processes, maintain scalable systems, support compliance, build financial models, and provide reporting to senior leadership in a high-growth healthcare organization.

Supports corporate and dealership marketing across websites, digital inventory, advertising, social media, online reputation, promotions, events, and community initiatives. Maintains accurate digital content, coordinates advertising compliance and schedules, assists with copy and creative campaigns, manages social engagement and reviews, and organizes marketing files, calendars, promotional materials, and branding resources.

Manage an established sales territory for wine, spirits, and beer products. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, executing sales initiatives, presenting products, growing business, developing new accounts, merchandising displays, checking inventory, rotating products, resolving customer issues, and completing administrative paperwork. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, insurance, and successful criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.

Coordinates account onboarding, retail portal setup, item catalog maintenance, compliance documentation, promotional calendars, CRM and sales file administration. Manages trade show logistics, including reservations, booth materials, sample kits, and collateral.
