Provide SAP HCM AMS support focused on time management and payroll incidents and service requests. Configure and maintain SAP HCM landscape, support Workday integrations, participate in rollouts and change-request projects, and coordinate small projects while communicating with global customers and partners.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for plant and office users: user account management, desktop/laptop repair, imaging, printer and shop-floor peripheral support, basic server/storage and network troubleshooting, documentation, and simple automation scripting (PowerShell/Bash). Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and coordinate with vendors/contractors.

Lead SAP integration, development, and process improvements to support material control, inbound/outbound logistics, MRP, reporting (BW), EDI, master data, inventory and production operations; train users and coordinate SAP interfaces with MES/CAPP and cross-functional teams.

Responsible for managing and troubleshooting software license infrastructure across Magna Powertrain sites: maintain FlexLM and vendor license servers, handle 2nd-level license support via ITSM, deploy and track licenses, monitor usage with OpenLM, coordinate with vendors, maintain inventory and documentation, and contribute to automation, BI reporting, and billing support.

Manage and support Magna's SAP and B2B/EDI landscape (on-prem, partner-hosted, cloud). Provide SAP Basis administration, HANA data aging and archiving, upgrades/patches, EWA analysis, incident troubleshooting, security audits, vendor coordination, and compliance with ISAE 3402.

Responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting B2B/EDI processes and integrations. Lead EDI system transitions, coordinate mapping and vendor support, provide 1st/2nd level and on-call support, monitor partner connections, develop training and documentation, and liaise between plants, IT, and vendors (Seeburger, SupplyWEB, iPoint).

Apprenticeship in industrial/business administration covering materials, production, sales, finance, accounting and HR. Participate in projects, learn business processes, collaborate with departments and internal/external contacts while receiving practical training in a modern automotive production environment.
