About the Role
We are looking for an logistics engineer who will design and implement internal logistics concept from 0 to final solution with aim to develop best scenario possible to be used for a new project - warehouse layout planning, material flow, SAP material flow and other process in the warehouse and while delivering or collecting products to/from assembly lines from/to warehouse.
Your Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Defining, planning and implementing all internal and external logistics processes during launch phase of the project in accordance with all requirements and based on industry best practices.
  • Creating logistics concepts and evaluating logistics processes.
  • Ensuring a consistent planning process from the start of the project to handover to the serial production.
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners will be a key aspect of the role: ensuring viable, cost effective and efficient supply chains with departments such as central planning network, material planning, physical logistics, assembly logistics planner, project steering and finance.
  • Project status reporting and responsibility for achieving set goals.
  • Responsibility for the internal logistics processes during serial phase.
  • Researching new technologies that could improve efficiency within the logistics field


Who we are looking for
Your preferred qualifications

  • MUST HAVE
  • English - fluent
  • High school level, higher technical education with a focus on logistics
  • Work experience in logistic or education with focus on internal logistics processes (warehouse, layout planning etc.)
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Open to learning new things in the automotive and e-mobility fields
  • ADVANTAGE IN CASE MORE SENIOR ROLE
  • Work experience in logistics process planning
  • Knowledge of modern working and management systems in the automobile industry is desirable (Lean Logistics, MTM, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP (in the SAP logistics modules MM, WM, and SD) is desirable
  • Project management know-how is desirable
  • Very good skills in MS Excel, MS Visio, and AutoCAD will be an advantage
