Develops complex financial and operational models, analyzes reports, supports operating budgets, identifies trends and errors, and recommends strategies to senior management. The role partners across Finance and business functions, supports process improvements, prepares executive presentations, and provides guidance to others. Interface with developers and operations, perform upgrades and SMP/E maintenance, monitor with Sysview/CICS tools, support WebSphere MQ and COBOL applications, and provide on-call support to resolve production issues.
