Supervise and lead the Agency Team, acting as the primary escalation for complex policy, regulatory, and operational issues. Ensure agent compliance, coach Agency Advisors and Team Leads, maintain documentation and workflows, facilitate cross-department communication, assist onboarding and training, and report sales KPIs and agent sentiment to senior management.

Lead and execute audits of data governance and IT application environments, develop annual audit plans, manage and coach audit teams, advise senior stakeholders, use data analytics to identify control deficiencies, assess regulatory and technology risks, and produce clear audit reports to support governance and risk management.

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products within a defined territory, develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, meet sales targets through compliant practices, attend company meetings, and perform other related duties.
