Provide second-line oversight and subject-matter expertise for AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance across TD businesses. Advise on regulatory changes, support program development and implementation, manage audits/exams and escalations, deliver reporting and analysis, mentor analysts, and lead resolution of complex compliance issues to ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
