The Sales Associate will drive the acquisition of new mid-market clients for Total Rewards Products and Services through prospecting, lead management, and collaborative sales efforts.

Partner with technology and business stakeholders on sanctions screening systems, perform data analysis, lead cross-functional projects, and provide expert guidance to mitigate sanctions risk.

The Application Engineer will analyze project weather profiles, design thermal performance models, assess financial impacts, and support business development through technical writing and presentations.

Handle inbound calls from marketing and partner campaigns to consultatively sell ADT security and smart home products, close sales, schedule installation appointments, perform follow-up, and escalate customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

Design, develop, and deliver .NET-based applications using agile practices. Build new modules, create technical specs, write and optimize SQL/SSIS/SSRS solutions, integrate RESTful APIs, enforce secure coding standards, debug and unit test code, and collaborate with customers, analysts, and team members to align solutions with business and architectural standards.

Manage assigned customer accounts by scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouse/vendors, tracking orders, resolving discrepancies, maintaining billing and documentation, supporting onboarding, monitoring KPIs, and recommending process improvements.

Support HR operations for the TPC Network by maintaining HRIS and employee records, coordinating hiring and compliance (I-9, background checks), administering recognition and engagement programs, preparing workforce reports and audits, managing HR communications and resources, and assisting with process documentation and cross-functional improvement projects.
