The Senior Account Executive leads sales in sustainable infrastructure, builds executive relationships, manages pipelines, and orchestrates cross-functional teams to drive complex deals.

Entry-level mechanical engineer supporting HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design for healthcare and MEP projects. Assist with calculations, specifications, project documentation, client communication, quality control, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Engage existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory to generate sales through relationship building, cold calling, product demonstrations, planning territory visits, meeting sales quotas, and maintaining accurate sales activity records. Requires travel within the territory, BYOD compliance, and signing employment agreement documents.

Lead estimation and proposal development for U.S. government customers, ensuring compliant, commercially aligned proposals. Translate customer scope into proposal packages, validate technical and commercial details, negotiate pricing, secure executive approvals, manage risk and regulatory compliance (FAR), maintain proposal systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to win government contracts. Must be willing to obtain U.S. government security clearance and travel up to 10%.
