Provide administrative support at a residential re-entry center: client intake/discharge, file and data management, liaise with corporate departments, process receipts/invoices, maintain inventories and logs, schedule meetings, assist with audits and facility needs, and perform general office duties.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Manage sales and fleet operations for local and national accounts: generate leads, maintain customer relationships, balance fleet productivity and profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, drive company vehicles, and comply with DOT safety and driver qualification requirements.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close; prepare variance analysis, financial models, and reports; partner with operations and accounting to provide financial guidance and decision support for leadership.

Support bid management and proposal development by creating templates, drafting responses, managing workplans and edits, facilitating strategy discussions, writing executive summaries, and partnering with designers on finalist presentations to win new business.

Provide hands-on administrative and operations support across the business: bookkeeping, inbox and calendar management, client proposals, and systems upkeep. Proactively own tasks, follow up, and improve processes within a small or remote team.

Oversee financial policies, controls, reporting, audits, cash management, budgeting and variance analysis. Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare special financial reports, manage equipment/service contracts, recruit and supervise finance staff, and support external audits.
