Own full-cycle recruiting for data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Data Platform). Support commercial management and growth of selective beauty retail accounts across Europe by assisting in sell‑in/sell‑out performance, forecasting, inventory and trade investment. Produce performance reports, support account plans and promotions, coordinate launches and liaise with operations, trade marketing, and retailers to protect margin and stock health.
