Lead and scale the engineering organization for a regulated digital-asset custody platform. Own hiring, org design, engineering operations (on-call, incidents, release hygiene), delivery against roadmaps, audit and regulator readiness (SOC 2, SAMA, ISO 27001), and cross-functional alignment. Amplify an existing small, specialized team to meet regulatory and institutional requirements while preserving culture and retention.

Review and onboard business customers by performing KYB/KYC checks, verifying corporate documentation, conducting sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, assessing AML risk, escalating high-risk cases, maintaining records, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to streamline onboarding and improve processes.

Customer-facing R&D role developing and prototyping dispensable thermal interface and EMI shielding gasket materials. Design and execute tests/DOE, create customer-specific prototypes, run laboratory verification, maintain safety and documentation, and engage directly with customers to identify and resolve application issues.

Generate and qualify enterprise and C-level prospects via research, personalized outbound/inbound outreach, discovery calls, and prospecting tools. Maintain HubSpot records, hit pipeline and demos-booked targets, collaborate with Sales to convert opportunities, and contribute feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
