Own a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts to drive expansion, retention, and product adoption. Lead full sales cycle for cross-sell and upsell opportunities, engage C-level stakeholders, conduct business reviews, mitigate account risk, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel quarterly within Europe to strengthen relationships and attend events.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered internal tools and automations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate roadmap into working solutions, debug and resolve issues, monitor performance, and iterate for reliability and efficiency.
