Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment for hourly/blue-collar roles at the Venlo site. Design and implement structured hiring processes, advise hiring managers on local talent availability and compensation, and act as a consultative partner to site leadership to build scalable recruitment operations.

Manage and oversee payroll operations across EMEA, ensure compliance with local regulations, implement payroll processes, resolve discrepancies, support junior team members, collaborate with auditors and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and deliver process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Own Roamless's web products end-to-end: set roadmap, run discovery and user interviews, partner with engineering/design/data to deliver iteratively, define success metrics and A/B tests, and work with marketing on positioning and adoption.

Manage Weaviate's social channels and content calendar, create written and visual content for developers, track social metrics, engage the community, use AI tools for content creation, and collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to execute campaigns.

Design, develop, verify and simulate Attitude and Orbit Control Systems and GNC algorithms for satellite missions; build simulation tools, run verification campaigns, prepare technical documentation, and support projects from proposal through customer acceptance.

Operate on L2/L3 customer escalations and eliminate recurring reliability issues by driving root-cause analysis, building diagnostics and tooling, owning test automation and CI stability, improving installation/upgrade robustness, establishing performance baselines, and writing production-quality code to close the reliability feedback loop.

Act as a strategic, customer-facing consultant embedded with clients to understand GTM challenges, translate needs into scoped internal projects, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to deliver solutions, present recommendations to stakeholders, drive adoption, and expand platform usage.

Provide route coverage, write orders using company software, stock and merchandize accounts, build displays, assist special events, train other staff, and learn product to advance into a Sales Representative role.
